She was very professional، patient، and made sure my hair stayed healthy throughout the entire process. the trim was exactly what I needed—clean، fresh، and not too much taken off. My stylist، Darlynn، made sure my experience here was a great one. I love that she communicated well with me & understood what i wanted. The shampoo & scalp massage was exceptional، the staff was friendly، and the salon was clean. Great experience!

This place is amazing 😍 Sydney is the best! She took what another stylist (somewhere else) did to my hair and was able to do the impossible! I almost cried I was so happy and overwhelmed at how good it looked - the color، the cut; she even taught me how to do simple styling that fit my level of skills and preferences. The staff is so kind and friendly and the products definitely make a difference. For days I had a skip in my step and got so many compliments on the new "do" and the color correction. After the disaster of a cut that I knew would take a long time to recover from and grow out، I didn't have very high expectations for anyone to fix right away... But Sydney blew me out of the water with what she was able to make work - it exceeded my expectations and I can't remember the last time I was so happy when my length was this short. She truly brought me joy and self confidence in a time where I really needed it، but didn't expect it. She's made me a client for life!

Stylist I booked with was super young and should never be taking color appointments. She ruined my hair and I’m STILL trying to fix it. It’s nearly impossible to fix the color it was so incredible messed up. Their only remedy was to try to rebook me with the same person who said she didn’t understand the formulas. I might have left with no hair if I gave her a second crack at it. My impression is that Soleil no longer is able to attract good stylists and are no longer what they used to be. They only have inexperienced stylists and Ulta castoffs. I have been to this salon so many times over the past 15 years but I’ll never go back to this now low rent salon.
