My daughter had an appt @ 11:30 for a manicure. It is currently 3:26 and we just left. They had her wait over 30 min while they waited for supplies to do the manicure. I am giving a second star because we didnt have to pay for this experience. 4 hours is unacceptable and they should never have made an appt for a service they didnt have the supplies to complete it.
