Our primary dentist referred our family to this location and I am very pleased. Walking into this office gives welcoming، professionalism، communication، cleanliness، friendliness and accuracy. My daughter does not like the dentist، she was nervous about the procedure. Once she sat down in the chair she felt calm and in good hands. I appreciate you all for making her experience comfortable and reassuring.

This was the most pleasant dentistry related experience. From the initial consult till the application of the braces، the process was easy and delightful. They were thorough and made my son feel comfortable. The staff is very gentle and speak in terms easy to understand. They offer payment options for the cost of the procedure therefore making this process very convenient. The office is clean، well lit، and has ample seating. I warn you، the chairs are deep and a full squat to get out of LoL. There is a small game room to the side for both kids and adults to enjoy while waiting. Even though the wait is not long. They have small details around the waiting area that make you feel it's a personal experience. They have a welcome sign for new patients and a list with returning patients celebrating new comers and final visits. Speaking of final visits، they celebrate the removal of braces with a ring of a bell! Adorable :) All around a great experience. Will most certainly recommend.

I can’t recommend Southshore Orthodontics enough! From scheduling to the actual appointment، the customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and so important! Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind! 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough!

Patti Queen here. First time having any orthodontic work. I’m 71 and was absolutely scared to death. With the help of Dr Matt and all of the wonderful staff I’ve survived and am greatly surprised at the entire process. Nowhere could there be kinder and more knowledgeable people. I’m 3 days now after having braces put on. It’s a learning process but one they had me prepared for. You won’t be able to find better orthodontic care. If you are looking for your children or yourself stop in and meet them all.! You will be glad you did. They’re the best.

My kids dentist referred me here and when I say I'm so glad she did because I was very well pleased. The staff is so friendly and very caring and understanding. The office is so clean and they even have entertainment for the patients. I really love the fact that they have a station for the patients to brush their teeth before being seen. Both Dr's. Mary and Matt are incredible، very nice and caring and answers any concerns with ease! The assistants that put the braces on are so awesome and very understanding and take their time with my kids. Thank you for being an awesome staff. We love it here!
