My husband and I have been patients there for almost 10 years from the time we moved to Florida. The practice is great-hygienists، doctors، and entire staff are wonderful. They are honest about your routine visits and what you need done when it is needed. We will not consider going any where else even though we have moved to Babcock Ranch a year ago. They are very patient، caring، gentle، and kind when working on you.

My first، but not last، time visiting SouthWest Florida Dental Group. Walked in the door and greeted by friendly front office staff. My appointment was right on time and no waiting. Dr Carlton came in to do his exam & took time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had without feeling rushed. He was very personable and professional. My hygienist Kim did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and on my merry way I went. I’ve definitely found my forever dentist in Ft. Myers and would highly recommend!!

Going to Dr Baxmann’s office is always a great experience. Getting my teeth checked by a knowledgeable and delightful hygienist is something I actually look forward to every time. The safe and secure feeling from everyone is wonderful. I am so well taken care of. I receive such good advice and I know I’m in good hands. Thank you everyone!

I’ve been a patient for over 5 years، and he is truly someone I recommend to all of my friends and neighbors without hesitation. Before finding Dr. Carlton، I was seeing another dentist that I later realized was part of a large franchise. It always felt like there were quotas or numbers driving decisions، and I left appointments questioning whether everything being recommended was truly necessary. That experience is actually what led me to search for a privately owned practice for a second opinion and I am so grateful I did. Dr. Carlton is the complete opposite. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find and incredibly appreciated. I also have pretty significant dental anxiety، and from the very first visit، he put me completely at ease. His bedside manner is calm، kind، and reassuring in a way that makes all the difference. And I have to give a shoutout to the hygienist as well! just as warm، gentle، and wonderful. If you’re looking for a dentist who treats you like a person، not a number…and values quality care over quotas، this is the place.
