I came in today to ask about the cost of checking the fuses in my dad’s car، since the A/C button turns on and off and the key remote sometimes works intermittently. I was told it would be $250 just to inspect them، which I found very expensive. When I asked about it، I felt the front desk staff responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way، saying ‘we don’t do anything for free here.’ Overall، I was disappointed with both the pricing and the customer service experience.

Came in because I couldn't figure out what was causing a misfire on 6. I changed the spark plugs، coils، and fuel injectors. I told them the history in what I have done so far. They did an inspection and ran multiple tests. They couldn't find anything but noticed the valves were dirty. They suggested an induction service. Since then the car has been running great! Highly recommend! They were reasonable and fair!

Highly recommend this shop. I’ve been bringing my family’s vehicles here for years، and they’ve never let us down. They’re fast، communicate clearly، and genuinely try to help instead of upselling or overcharging. Truly good، honest people!

My friends and I were on our way back to Tennessee from the Okeechobee Music Festival when we ran into some unexpected car trouble. They didn’t rush us or turn us away، even though it would’ve been easy for them to do so. Instead، they made sure our car was safe and ready to get back on the road. We still had a 10-hour drive ahead of us، and thanks to them، we made it home without any issues. It’s rare to find people who go above and beyond like this، and we are so incredibly grateful. Highly recommend to anyone in the area—you’ll be in great hands!

We are so thankful to everyone at St. Cloud Auto Service. My family (2 kids and 2 adults) had to bring our broke down truck to the shop after being towed from the Turnpike after our fuel pump went out. This company provided superior service starting at the phone call to see if they would be available to fix our truck as we were on our way for a family trip، so hundreds of miles away from home، to completing the job for an amazing price! Not only did they send an estimate، but opened a bay for us. They fixed our truck the same day and made it possible for us to continue on our trip. It’s hard to find a reliable and fair auto shop. We will for sure use them again if we are in the area for all of our repair needs.
