ZERO INTEGRITY! Home was delivered with extensive water damage. I was denied entry repeatedly. They demanded payment for the delivery and setup. I hired 2 separate private inspectors. Both found mold from extensive water damage throughout the home. Home arrived facing the wrong direction. Sheri the owner tried argue it was correct. Referring to the approved site plan. It was undeniably the home was delivered backwards. They accepted responsibility and set the home correctly on my foundation. Then turned around and billed me for the work. Their contractor set my home 24” above the my stem wall. After we spoke extensively about the home being set 10” above the stem wall. I wanted the home as low to the ground as possible. I added many upgrades to the home. All the upgrades were ignored. They tried to collect payment for non existent items. They are incompetent. Absolute crooks that will do anything to steal a dollar.

We ordered our manufactured home through Statewide Homes in August 2021. It was during the pandemic so of course، there were delays. It was finally delivered October 2022. We are very happy with our experience. Scott Murray was able to explain the process and answer all questions we had. His team was very helpful as well. We finally have our cozy cabin in the woods that we can enjoy for many years to come. There are a couple things I would have done differently but of course did not know at the time so maybe this will be helpful to others. Skyline used a very cheap flat paint to paint the entire interior. The baseboards and trim look like they were painted with primer but it's just the cheap paint they used. Had I known، I would have had our contractor repaint the entire home before we moved in. The upgrade of a stand-alone shower in the master from a tub/shower combination was the best thing ever! It's so roomy and have double shower heads. The knotty alder cabinets were an upgrade and are just beautiful. We added the black hardware. Overall، the home is a 10+!! Do diligent research before selecting this company for a modular home. They over promise and under deliver. I did all my demolition، permits and site work because they didn't have qualified contractors to do the work. The house took 10 weeks for manufacture but it took another 10 + weeks to get it delivered. They don't have dedicated contractors so their house delivery and construction is scheduled in with whatever else the selected contractor has scheduled with his other business. They started promising deliver the first week of December but the house was not delivered until the first week of February and only after I threatened to contact an attorney. I was so fed up with this company that as soon as the contractor was done I wouldn't let anyone from Statewide come on my property. I have handled all the warranty work for the first year out of pocket because I won't deal with Statewide again. My warranty now reverts to the manufacturer and I don't have to have anything else to do with them. I can't stress enough، buyer beware.

The owner is rude and not helpful or customer service focused at all! Their installers aren’t qualified and their licensing questionable at best. If you have any expectation of getting a quality home، go somewhere else!
