I would leave zero stars if I could. I am a board member for a condo association in Sunny Isles. Gary Mars is the most incompetent counsel I have ever dealt with. He just stumbled his way through our election meeting (election was incorrectly done and not done on time). When clarification was requested on Florida term limit rules he yammered about coffin laws and said term limits don’t apply at our building. Any jr attorney knows Florida law includes 8 year term limits with only a few exceptions. What a waste of money this law firm is. If I have a say، we will be looking elsewhere for someone more competent.

BEWARE: dishonest law firm. They will not honor their word and give you consistent excuses. Don’t trust them.
