Strictly Mercedes

This week I too my car to this shop. From the phone call asking if I could take and getting information to the moment I pulled in it was so easy. The lady on the phone was so patient with me، I was really worried I would be without a car for days and she put me at ease. Once I got there I met Jose the owner and mechanic، he asked me to explain to him what was wrong، if I heard noises، what I felt driving it، details. He immediately knew what was wrong my old 2012 friend. My E350 was a gift from my dad who since passed and I consider it a precious gift. Once I got the estimate and it was really reasonable، I called an Uber and went to work. I got a call from Maritza that my car was ready the next day around 2:00 pm. Parts were ordered، car was nicer inside than when I left it lol Thanks for a safe ride back home that night and for keeping my dad’s gift going. Service was impeccable. Cost was very reasonable. Kindness they showed to me was priceless. Thanks guys!

Many years ago، when I bought my 1985 Saab 900، I quickly learned that having all the services done at the dealer wasn't necessarily the best option. The same applies to my 2021 Mercedes C-300، which I've been taking to Strictly Mercedes from early on. Not only are they professional and honest، they are a family run outfit and treat their customers the same way. For those reasons، I highly recommend them!

This is a great repair shop، operated by a very lovely، knowledgeable couple. It's always good to have the confidence that my automobile is in good hands. Granted، Mercedes repairs are never cheap، I feel like I'm getting a fair and reliable result for my dollar. A much better alternative than going to the dealer، of that there is no doubt. Jose will go above and beyond and has even helped by dropping me off at the office while my car is in his hands.
