Strupp and Brumm Dentistry

Was with Dr Brumm again today for another professional appointment. Staff is lovely! Dr’s. Strupp and Brumm، along with their entire staff، are extremely professional، knowledgeable، and friendly. From the moment you walk in، you’re like family، and they make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. This is especially important when you’re undergoing life-changing dental and cosmetic procedures. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding results.

Both my wife and I have been patients of Doctors Strupp and Brumm since we moved to Clearwater eleven years ago. We truly believe that the care provided is second to none. Both are very highly skilled، professional، personable and masters at the art of restoring our teeth and smiles. The staff at Strupp & Brumm are first class، friendly and very highly skilled from the front office receptionists Lindsay and Taylor، our hygienist Lisa، and all the dental assistants. We are now about to move out of state and hope to find a dental practice on the west coast as good as what we have experienced with Strupp & Brumm. Thank you Billy Jo 😁 I went in last week and Dr Brumm started my Crown I needed. I have had alot of work done over 30 plus years. Dr Brumm is so nice and gentle. I wish I had found them sooner. You can tell by the office staff that they care and want to help you.

I was looking for the best dentists in town because of bad prior experiences getting my tooth fixed. Was in a place where I was willing to spend top dollar for perfection-adjacent work. Dr. Brumm was nothing short of exceptional. Supremely good bedside manner، and his work was extremely gentle. I usually leave dental offices feeling like my lips are stretched to oblivion and tachycardic، but I left Dr. Brumm feeling cool as a cucumber. Usually، when I got this filling in times past، the doctor would have me do a bite test 5+ times before getting the tooth to feel good enough. Dr. Brumm crafted the filling lliterally perfectly the first time، no bite test was needed. Not only it looks like a natural tooth، but it feels like a natural tooth. The assistants and the ladies at the front desk were warm، welcoming، and the whole experience was calm and easy. Could not recommend this place more. 10/10 experience. You really do get what you pay for.

Avoid this clinic – unprofessional and overpriced standard care The reason I chose Strupp/Brumm Dental Clinic was their AACD certification. My issue was related to a specific tooth restoration، and I hoped that a certified specialist could offer an alternative to the standard crown recommended by every average dentist. I should note that I take my oral health very seriously: I get regular check-ups، cleanings، and necessary treatments، so I am fully aware of my dental condition. I came here specifically for an advanced consultation that goes beyond a standard check-up. Instead، Dr. Strupp spent about an hour aggressively examining every single tooth، concluding that nearly all of my previous dental work needed to be redone. He went out of his way to criticize the work of his colleagues—feedback I never asked for. As for the actual issue I came in for، he offered the exact same solution as any standard، uncertified clinic. Throughout the appointment، he pushily flaunted his expertise and was completely unprofessional، clearly trying to exaggerate problems and paint everything in the worst possible light. Furthermore، despite his supposed high-level expertise، he tried to refer me to root canal and bone specialists who happen to work in his office، "just in case." It felt heavily like a pushy upsell for additional services. To top it off، at the end of the appointment، I was informed that they do not accept insurance—even though they explicitly requested my insurance information on the intake forms I filled out beforehand. Overall، my experience was extremely negative، and under no circumstances would I ever consider becoming a regular patient here. Lastly، I find it completely unacceptable for a doctor of his supposed caliber to make critical remarks about the appearance of my smile، especially when his own teeth leave much to be desired.
