If the other positive reviews didn't convince you، here is why I have been with Sugar for 10 years and why you should try her too. 1) Sugar is a Paul Mitchell trained stylist and takes continuing education very seriously. This allows her to stay knowledgeable and proficient in all of the newest techniques (ombre، balayage، etc)، as well as learn about all of the best and newest hair products، colors and toners. 2) Sugar is extremely punctual. In all the years I've been going to her، I have never had to sit and wait. Whatever my appointment time، she has managed her schedule and work day to be available for me at my scheduled appointment time. She values her clients and respects their time. 3) Sugar offers excellent value for the money. Her prices are so reasonable for the quality of services provided! You could easily walk into certain New Tampa salons (I won't mention any names) and pay double for a stylist with less skill and experience than Sugar. 4) Sugar prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. She loves what she does and it shows. She gives her clients exactly what THEY want، not what SHE wants. 5) Sugar is 100% honest. If، for example، you bring in a picture of a light blonde color you want- she would rather tell you that she won't be able to get your hair to that color than to risk frying and damaging your hair to do it. Another example- at checkout، if you have added hair products to your bill، she will remind you that you shouldn't tip on your total amount، just on the salon services provided. 6) Sugar is dedicated and professional. I can only recall one instance in over 10 years where Sugar had to cancel my appointment due to illness، and when it happened- she did whatever it took to get me back on calendar despite my very busy schedule. I also appreciate the courtesy texts I get from Sugar the day before my appointment. 7) Sugar is caring and kind- and what a memory! She never fails to ask me about the planned trip I told her about، or about the sick relative I mentioned at my previous visits. Sugar loves people and has a sincere interest in them. 8) Sugar is a pleasure to be around. I look forward to coming to see Sugar and getting her big smile and hug! She enjoys what she does and it shows. I don't have to worry about her being in a foul or cross mood. Overall- a true professional through and through. So، if you are new to the area، or even a little bit unhappy with your current stylist، call Sugar! You will be happy you did!

I've been going to sugar for the past 6 years and I dont go anywhere else!! I love how she does my hair every single time!! I could literally sit in her chair and tell her، "surprise me. I trust you." And everytime I walk out LOVING my hair!! I get compliments on my hair all time from friends، family and even strangers. I tell everyone to go to Sugar if they are wanting to find an amazing hair stylist. I will continue to go to sugar for all of my hair needs. Shes such an amazing soul!!!

My Husband and I have been going to Sugar for 7 years. She is an outstanding hairdresser. Excellent with color and cuts and is a very good person. Everyone I have recommended to her keeps going back. She is the best.

I moved down to Tampa 8 months ago from up north and needed a haircut in the worst way because I was going out on some job interviews. So I popped into a hair salon and was given the worst haircut I've ever had! After talking with a few friends I wound up scheduling an appointment with Sugar. Not only did she straighten out the terrible cut she gave me the best highlight I've had in a long time! Not only is she a skilled hair technician she is a great person. I will be a customer for many years to come.

Was referred to Sugar by Curl Up And Dye Kathy Copeland. Sugar did a wonderful job on my cut، in fact it's one of the best I've had in years. I also went in for a bleaching. She did my roots، then I asked her to comb it to the end the last 15 minutes to take out some of the color on the rest of my head. You would have thought after 20 years at hair work and teaching at Paul Mitchell she would have understood what I wanted. I'm not sure what she thought I asked for? She asked for feedback and a picture after I colored it. So I sent that and gave her feedback that the cut was marvelous but we'd have to work on the bleaching. No big deal، until she sent a text to her friend Kathy saying I was already getting on her nerves، except she sent me the text instead of Kathy!!! So، after discussing this with her، she decided it was too uncomfortable for me to go back to her. I'm not going back to her for her inability to understand what I wanted on the bleaching and the simple reason she isn't smart enough to make sure who she is texting. I mean if she can't get that right، do I trust her with my hair....uh، that's a big NO! So go to her if you want، it's your hair!!! I will not be back to either of these Salons SugarSuite or Curl Up And Dye! Very unprofessional!
