Joe Jennings with Sunny and Associates is my lifesaver. I own a property with a house built in 1950 surrounded by huge old oaks. My daughter lived in it. When she passed away، it was left in shambles as she was a hoarder. I brought Joe on as my new property manager. He took the whole project over so that I didn’t even need to think about the cleanup mess and repairs. We even had a tornado hit the property. And at each turn، he considered how to save me money، even doing some chores himself. Then rented it out and now manages it. I don’t know how I would have survived that time without his help and knowledge. I now am simply reminded of it because of the monthly rent check he deposits for me. Not only is he a fantastic property manager، he fixed up and sold the house I lived in and helped me buy another. Once again، never complaining and cost-effectively making repairs to prepare for the sale. And once again، I could relax knowing he was the agent for selling my house. He got me a great price in a tough market. I am hesitant about writing this because I don’t want him stolen.
