I went in for a haircut and asked for a light trim، long layers، and curtain bangs. Yoma was my hairstylist. She cut off about two inches when I had asked for only 1/2 inch to be cut. I left with wet hair and when it had dried I noticed that she cut off more hair on one side، as shown in the pictures. It was uneven all around. I went in at 2 pm for the haircut and I called at 5 pm to see if I could get it fixed and no one answered the phone. I decided to go to the salon at 6 pm (their hours say they’re open until 7 pm) and no one was there but the open sign was still on. I was told I would have to pay for another stylist to fix my hair. I’ve gotten cuts from other stylist and had no issue from any of them، except for Yoma.

Absolutely love this salon! From the moment you walk in، everyone is welcoming and professional، and the atmosphere is beautiful، clean، and relaxing. The quality of both the hair and nail services is outstanding. They pay close attention to detail، use quality products، and always make sure you leave feeling your best. Every visit is a wonderful experience،I’m been doing my nails with Lupita for 2 years and she’s the best also my hair with Sylvana since 2021.I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for exceptional hair and nail services!

Sylvana and all the hairdresser in her Salon are professional and super friendly... They do amazing work. They are honest and will give exactly what your asking for. Ive been coming to Sylvana's Hair Salon for over 6 years every month for my color، cut and style.. They also have Nail and Wax services. They girls are super gentle and you feel at home.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I called last minute، they welcomed me like I had been a client for years. The owner، Sylvana، is incredibly sweet and truly dedicated to her clients. The stylist Yanei، who attended me was also very kind and did a fantastic job with my blowout — I loved the results! This was my first visit، but it will definitely be my new salon home. Highly recommend!

Silvanas hair salon is my go to! I absolutely love getting my hair done with Ana she leaves my hair just how I like it. Everyone is very sweet and welcoming. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a hair salon! They also do nails & other services 10/10
