T Dolan Plumbing

I was able to make an appt. with Dolan plumbing for 2 days after. They were able to fix the leak from the drainage hose from my newly installed washing machine. Dolan is the BEST and most knowledgeable plumber in the area. Especially for older houses and plumbing. I would definitely recommend them!

Dolan Plumbing has always done absolutely first-rate work. Allen has done several repair and installation jobs for me over the years. Could not possibly be better! They use top-rated materials and their work is as good as it gets. The cost is very reasonable especially because it is always done so well. I've lived in the same house for 50 years and have used several plumbing companies. This is the only one I have used more than once!

Dolan Heating & Plumbing delivered outstanding service during my recent water heater installation. They responded quickly to my initial call، clearly explained the issue، and walked me through the options without any pressure. The installation itself was efficient، professional، and done with great care. Their pricing was fair and transparent، and the entire experience felt smooth and trustworthy. I’m very pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable plumbing or heating services.

I recently hired Dolan for a full bathroom renovation، and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish، they demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. They completely gutted my old bathroom down to the studs and built it back up with incredible attention to detail. My new bathroom has a stunning shower، high-quality fixtures and hardware، beautiful tile، new lighting and a unique wood and tile backsplash that truly elevates the space! The crew was skilled، efficient، and respectful of my home throughout the process. Mike and Roger were the managers on my project. Both are very knowledgeable and were instrumental in the success of my project. Claudia was extremely helpful and professional every time I called the office with questions. Finalizing my paperwork and completing my financing application was a smooth and efficient process with Anne's guidance. Dolan's expertise was evident in every aspect of the project، and the final product is nothing short of amazing. They know what they are doing and they take pride in delivering a top-notch product، which is what you want from a contractor working in your home. If you're looking for outstanding workmanship، a professional staff and a seamless renovation experience، I highly recommend them!

So I've been using Dolan for for the last few years for my plumbing needs since they are a local company. I had them out to repair a faucet in my downstairs bathroom three months ago. Well، the repair didn't hold and the handle came back off. I contacted them for a warranty repair... they came out، reattached it، and charged me a service fee of almost $100 dollars stating that reattaching the faucet wasn't part of the original work. Originally they had repaired the diverter below it، and the tech basically said we'd never been billed before to reattach the handle. How would I know that، and why three months ago would I have let them leave with the handle still off، so I should have been charged originally. Regardless، he just reattached it and caulked it، and at no point was I told there would be a charge when I called them. Really disappointed with this company but I guess how they elect to treat local return customers. There are other businesses to use and I won't be calling them again، sadly.
