The woman who answered was kind and genuinely helpful، and they were able to get us in that morning despite having a full schedule. When we arrived، my daughter was nervous، but the front desk was warm and welcoming، and the assistant who took her X-rays was gentle and patient enough to help her feel comfortable. Dr. Shawn Hanway was wonderful. She was compassionate، knowledgeable، steady، and reassuring، which meant so much as an anxious mom. She took her time explaining the injury، possible outcomes، and recovery in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling informed and reassured. I cannot thank Dr. Hanway and the Tallahassee Pediatric Dentistry team enough for taking such good care of my daughter.
