Team Territo - Keller Williams

Working with Team Territo was exceptional from start to finish. From our very first meeting، they took the time to truly get to know us on a personal level، ensuring they understood exactly what we were looking for in a home.Throughout the entire process، they never rushed us. They generously dedicated as much time as we needed to feel completely confident in our decisions. Their attention to detail is incredible، as they looked out for every minor item that we might have missed.Team Territo’s professionalism، dedication، and genuine care made our home-buying journey a great experience. We cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a seamless and supportive real estate experience.

Team Territo made an emotional and difficult time for my family as seamless and easy to navigate as possible. Because my mom was transitioning into assisted living، we needed to sell her house to fund her care. Instead of pushing a generic plan، Team Territo took the time to understand exactly what our family needed، and they let that be the driving force behind the entire strategy. They were incredibly responsive، their knowledge of the neighborhood is unmatched، and their aggressive marketing led to a fast result we were all happy with. Team Territo has now worked with every single member of my immediate family for both buying and selling homes. We all trust them implicitly. If you are looking for a real estate team that combines top-tier market expertise with genuine care and integrity، look no further.

We decided to make a move as part of a new chapter for our family and wanted to find the right home in the St. Augustine area. It was important for us to work with a Realtor who knew the local market، communicated clearly، and could guide us through the process without making it stressful. We chose Team Territo because of their strong reputation and the positive feedback we heard from others—and they delivered. From the start، they were professional and easy to work with. They were always available to answer questions or provide honest input. It felt like they were genuinely invested in helping us make the right decision، not just closing a deal. For anyone looking to buy or sell، I’d recommend going with Team Territo.

We started working with Gretchen and Matt in August 2025 as we began exploring whether to sell our home. From that very first meeting with Gretchen، and then meeting Matt to discuss our future home، we knew immediately that these were exceptional people. The entire Territo team is patient، thoughtful، and knows exactly what it takes to sell a home. We faced several personal challenges during the process، and they were with us through every one of them. This may be a business transaction on paper، but Gretchen، Matt، and their team have become true friends to us. Thank you Gretchen، Matt، Melissa، Mykel، Dee Anne، and everyone else behind the scenes — you have all been wonderful. We're looking forward to the next leg of our journey… the build! Mike & Lisa

My wife and I decided to move from Illinois to Florida a couple months ago and was referred to the Territo's by a mutual acquaintance. The entire home buying process was amazing and simple. They went over and Beyond helping us find the perfect home the two days we flew down here to home hunt. They kept in touch with us one way or the other almost daily through the whole process and Beyond closing. We have now been closed on the home for a week and they're still coming to our house helping us with things and assisting us with anything and everything we need. They truly were amazing and not your typical "real estate" people. I would highly recommend them
