After seeing Taste of Chicago featured on Good Morning America، I knew I had to give it a try—and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The food was fresh، flavorful، and generously portioned، with authentic Chicago-style favorites that were prepared to perfection. The staff was friendly، the service was fast، and the entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. If you're craving great Chicago-style food، this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended، and I can't wait to come back! I just placed my 2nd order and had shipped to NC.

Chicagoan born and bred. Grew up on Uno’s، Due’s، Lou’s and more so I know exactly how this should be prepared and how it should taste. We ordered 2 sausage/cheese pizzas delivered to our city on the West Coast. The pizzas arrived solidly frozen and well-packaged. That’s where the good news ends. This was، positively، the worst، most revolting pizza we have EVER eaten. Round، flavorless، doughy discs filled with a flat، round، layer of rank sausage that I wouldn’t feed my dog. The sauce was merely chopped canned tomatoes and the cheese disc under the sauce was as bizarre as the sausage. Additionally، there was zero seasoning. Just horrible all around. I cannot believe that Lou Malnati’s actually put their name on this. It certainly wasn’t made in their kitchen. Total waste of money.

Been ordering though them for years and last hotdog kit the all sudden stopped sending tomatoes and onions. Then just received an order for the wife and now they removed sending kosher dill pickles for a Chicago Hot Dog?????? Stupid and will never order here again. I would recommend ordering directly from portillo's as they still send 10 pickles and like $10 cheaper. Taste of S... is what they become.

Ordered for the 1st time and the packaged came and I opened it up and it was more warm than cold. I was told by the customer representative it was ok to put it in the freezer. You can’t refreeze something and eat it. It’s not healthy. He didn’t offer anything. I ended up throwing it away. It says if you have delivery issues we’ll make it right. That didn’t happen. I will not be ordering from them again.

Oh My Yum!!! Excellent in every way! Fast shipping and great taste. Ingredients were so fresh tasting. Quality ingredients. More than Delicious. Easy instructions. Will definitely buy again.
