My first visit. When you walk in، the displays are well-organized. I love the variety of wigs، weaves، hair care products، accessories، etc. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Customer service was great. I purchased a wig and several hat & earrings sets.

The staff is very knowledgeable، professional، welcoming، and overall، amazing! The Beauty Plug is the only black woman owned beauty supply store in Broward County that I know for a fact supports local entrepreneurs 💯 this beauty supply store has a shelf dedicated to local black owned products، including my line، and I greatly appreciate it! We need to always remember to give them their flowers 💐 I will always be a customer and will always recommend you all to my clients and everyone else 💯

This store is by far the best hair store I’ve been to. You’re greeted as soon as you enter the store they offer you assistance and have a lot of patience. I’ve been to plenty of hair stores and needed help and they’ll make you feel uneasy like you bothered them with a couple of questions، but here? They treat you like you’re their sister lol it was an amazing shopping experience and this is where I’ll shop for now on!
