During this transaction، I provided proof of funds that exceeded the listing broker's request by more than four times، yet I was still unable to gain meaningful access to pursue the opportunity. In nearly 20 years of buying businesses، I have never encountered a situation like this. Based on my experience، the process did not appear to be conducted in a way that was open to all qualified buyers.
