The Hot Water People

Quick and efficient service. The problem was more complicated than expected. The technician was patient as he analyzed the job and explained the process. I highly recommend The Hot Water People

I had an outstanding experience with The Hot Water People! They came out to fix my stand-up shower، and I couldn't have ask for better service. They were prompt، professional، and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The shower is working perfectly now، and they even took time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend them if you shower or water heater work done! A special shout-out to Josh، who was friendly، knowledgeable، and made sure everything was just right. Thanks Josh!

Our restaurant’s water heater completely broke down، luckily at the end of the day، but leaving us without hot water for cleaning dishes and cooking. It was causing major disruptions، and we knew we needed help fast. We reached out to The Hot Water People، and Kerry came out the same day. He was professional، punctual، and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. Kerry worked efficiently while keeping our busy kitchen clean and organized. Thanks to his expertise، our water heater is now running perfectly، and we’re back to operating smoothly without any issues. Kerry did an outstanding job from start to finish، and I highly recommend him and The Hot Water People to anyone in need of water heater services.

Customer service is amazing. I spoke with them on the phone and was able to have a great conversation about toilet repair and replacement. This helped me figure out the solution that I needed to fix the flow valve problem.

We hired this company for plumbing services، but the overall experience was disappointing. The caulking work was incomplete and uneven، leaving visible gaps، while wet caulk was smeared across our floors، baseboards، and black granite countertops. Bathroom debris was also left behind in the tubs and on the floor. While management eventually agreed to adjust the final invoice so we could hire another contractor to strip and redo the caulk properly، the lack of quality control، cleanup، and site preparation was frustrating. I recommend using them strictly for basic plumbing، but be prepared to inspect the finish work closely.
