The reader should know that this is the first time I have ever written a review on behalf of a fellow attorney، Tom Morse. We just finished a short bench trial in Palm Beach County and had a wonderful time obtaining a wonderful result for the client. Tom and I were co-counsel on the case and pre-trial، we decided who would conduct the direct and/or cross examination of each witness. This includes witnesses for the state and the defense. I will tell you that it was a pleasure watching Tom work in the courtroom-particularly in cross examination. His "take no prisoners" style was muted perfectly with the way he delievered his questions and the choice of his follow up questions. This may be a review that only a trial lawyer would enjoy، but let me assure you that Tom and I made a great team that resulted in a great verdict for our client. Trial lawyers and born and thereafter trained. You cannot teach just anyone how to conduct yourself in the rarified air of the courtroom. Congradulation Tom on a job well done. It was a pleasure. If you are looking for someone that knows how to try a case، call Tom. Please know that I write this knowing he is my competion but he deserves the nod that I am bestowing on him now. This Attorney is a fraud! He stole $2500 from my wife while i was in jail needing a lawyer. He lied to my wife، me and the Judge after I fired him in front of the Judge and he smelled like Alcohol. He never even asked the Judge to verify what i told him to say so I could get out of jail on bond. I filed a claim with the Florida Bar and they decieded in my favor but they can't tell him to pay money back. He's a tipical con artist lawyer in Broward County Florida. STAY AWAY from this Attorney.

All I have to say is he’s the worst attorney you could have in South Florida. Please don’t waste your money with him — he only cares about getting paid. I wasted five years of my life letting him defend me. Yes، we won، but the case could have been beaten a long time ago. If you choose to hire him، good luck. He is also rude and disrespectful.

This was one of the worst legal experiences my family has ever been through. He is disorganized، rude، unprepared، and completely unprofessional. He showed up to court with no knowledge of the case، offered zero strategy or support، and acted like we were an inconvenience to him. It honestly felt like he was just there to collect a check. He runs a solo office، and it’s painfully obvious—there’s no help، no structure، and no accountability. His communication is nonexistent، and when he does speak، it's dismissive and unhelpful. We would have been better off with a public defender. He is completely useless in court and strolls in like he just rolled out of bed—discombobulated and lost. I don’t say this lightly: it’s time for him to retire. His lack of care and effort is shocking. Please do not waste your time، money، or trust on this man. You deserve better.
