The Marcus Group

I was looking to change our old property insurance company and my old agent was not helpful. So I had heard good things about the Marcus Group، so I contacted them. Their agent Julie was wonderful. She went out of her way to help us find a new company at a great price. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

I’ve had an excellent experience with The Marcus Group and especially with my agent، Donna Dean. From the very beginning، they were professional، responsive، and genuinely helpful in finding the right coverage for my needs. What really stood out was how clearly everything was explained and how quickly questions or concerns were handled. It’s rare to find an insurance agent who is both knowledgeable and easy to work with، but Donna consistently goes above and beyond. I feel confident knowing I have a team that truly cares about their clients and provides outstanding customer service. I highly recommend The Marcus Group to anyone looking for reliable coverage and an agent they can trust.

I was introduced to Julie Martin while shopping for homeowners insurance. She listened carefully and went immediately to work to find the best fit for my needs. Julie is a great communicator، pro-active and has an geniuine "how can we help you" attitude. She also knows the insurance business and is very thorough in her explanations and recommendations. Overall، Julie is an angel sent from heaven! Thank you Julie. GK

The team at Marcus Group is incredibly friendly، responsive، and a pleasure to work with. Nicole، in particular، stood out for her knowledge and ability to guide us seamlessly through all of our insurance needs. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a responsive، trustworthy insurance company that truly cares، I highly recommend Marcus Group.

Very responsive. I was so grateful that Michele Silk was able to obtain homeowner’s insurance for a much lower premium for the same amount of coverage.
