The Slate Group at Keller Williams

I have had experience with many realtors over my lifetime and Cole & Laura are by far the best. I was lucky enough to both buy and sell with them representing me.In both situations I was very impressed with their professionalism and sincerity. When purchasing my home Cole was able to negotiate with the builder to move my a/c to the side of the house، something they just did not do. While selling my house in a very strange market he remained a steadfast and reliable partner. We were able to secure a great price and he personally helped with all the minor details that I couldn’t because I was already out of the country. I cannot overstate how Thankful I am to have met Cole and Laura as realtors.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Cole، Laura، and their entire team! From the very first moment we inquired، they were incredibly quick to communicate، set up appointments، and get our home on the market as quickly and painlessly as possible. What we appreciated most was their transparency. We always received quick feedback، and they truly made sure to keep us in the loop every single step of the way. When it came to negotiations، their attention to detail was unmatched—they always kept our best interests in mind. It was such a pleasure to work with them، and they made the entire experience feel like the easiest process imaginable. We will never be able to thank them enough. If you are buying or selling، do yourself a favor and hire them! THANK YOU، COLE + LAURA!

Cole was very professional، but also fun to work with! He was in constant communication with us throughout the buying and selling process. Always eager to help out with any questions or needs. He left no detail untouched، and went above and beyond in his services! We were very impressed with the selling packet he created of our home; his photographer is top-notch. We loved working with Cole and highly recommend him to any buyer or seller looking for a realtor. You won't regret it!

Cole Slate was wonderful to work with during my new construction home purchase in Rivertown. As a single mom، having someone guide me through the process and stay on top of every detail was incredibly comforting. He was always a step ahead، quick to answer questions، and made the entire experience feel much less overwhelming. I highly recommend Cole to anyone looking for a knowledgeable، proactive realtor who truly cares about his clients.

We truly cannot say enough about our experience with Cole and Laura over the past six months. What started as a straightforward plan to sell our home and move out of State quickly turned into a much more complicated journey—yet through every twist and turn، Cole was not just our realtor، but a steady، trusted guide and a genuine friend. From the very beginning، Cole impressed us with his professionalism and market expertise. When we engaged him to sell our home in Rivertown، he walked us through the process، provided a clear and accurate market valuation، and set expectations that proved to be spot on—even in a challenging market in November 2025. He and Laura moved quickly to prepare our home، with Laura doing an incredible job staging and marketing it beautifully. The result? We received an offer after the very first showing. When our out-of-state job unexpectedly fell through، we had to pivot fast—and once again، Cole stepped in without hesitation. Within days، he leveraged his network to help us secure a rental in our neighborhood، giving us the stability we needed during a stressful transition. Once we decided to stay in Rivertown and begin the search for a new home، Cole remained relentless in helping us navigate a tight market. He got us into homes quickly، stayed patient through countless showings، and never wavered in his commitment to finding the right fit for our family. When we finally found the right home for us Cole expertly negotiated terms that aligned perfectly with our lease and needs، coordinated inspections and repairs، and ensured every detail was handled seamlessly all the way through closing. What truly sets Cole apart، though، is the level of care he brings to his clients. From daily check-ins to answering our endless questions and calming our anxieties، he was there every single step of the way. The level of service Cole and Laura provide goes far beyond expectations. They are exceptional professionals، and more importantly، people we now consider lifelong friends. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable، dedicated، and genuinely invested in your success، we cannot recommend Cole and Laura highly enough.
