The Spa at One Ocean

Absolutely perfect location on Atlantic Beach. Close to restaurants and fun. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Renovated rooms are light and airy with amazing views. Will absolutely stay there again next time we are in town.

My wife and I visited for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time!! It was just what we needed! I was super impressed with our check-in experience with Shannon. She was super helpful، friendly، and very welcoming! Shout out to the Valet service. Mateo، John، and Alexa were super helpful (navigating marathon traffic and the weather)، friendly، and helpful. We look forward to our next visit!!!

Rooms are updated but، miss the charm they used to have. Service-they are learning. Noone opens doors for you or welcome you until you get upstairs to check in. The hospitality has a bit to be desired but، I hope they are still learning as it seems like all new staff that are more interested in friends hanging out with them and their phones. Half the time you cant find the valet as hes in the building and most dont even acknowledge you. I hope as the wrap up the renovations they get back some of the charm and the hospitality that made you feel welcome and not an intruder.

My wife and I stayed at this resort for the 250th Birthday of America. What an amazing experience! The property has just been renovated with a completely new look and beach vibe. The views are spectacular، the restaurant is superb، the location is perfect with many retail shops، bars، boutiques easily walkable. Loved the room with the bed facing the ocean. Very clean. Low noise level. Very nice pool with a beautiful beach. Chair and umbrella service is available. While everything I mentioned was great but the real pearl of the property is the service you receive from every employee from the valet to the G.M. who checked on many guests during our stay. Extraordinary value!!!

First of all، the service at this hotel was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The valet crew were especially helpful with making sure we got our cars quickly، opened our doors for us، took our luggage and just were overall friendly and professional. They really went above and beyond multiple times each day we were there to make us feel welcome and important. Unfortunately، we went to this resort during February while they were doing renovations، so we weren’t able to utilize the spa، the fitness room، restaurant، pool، anywhere outside at all، and، since we had a business conference and were one of the last people to book our room، we didn’t have the option of a king bed in an ocean view room، so the main upside was just how great the staff was. If we ever travel to Jacksonville again، I’d like to see the potential it has when it’s not cold and going through renovations.
