I’ve been using Tom’s Automotive Service for over nine years، and I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else. They maintain both our company work van and my personal vehicle، and the service has always been exceptional. The management and ownership truly care about their customers. They’re honest، knowledgeable، and take the time to explain what’s needed without ever trying to sell unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop you can completely trust، but Tom’s has earned that trust year after year.

As usual they had my vehicle done in the time they committed to. Prices are always fair. Easy to deal with and friendly. Service manager is easy to work with and doesn’t sugar coat anything. The estimates were accurate and reflected on the final bill. Asked them to perform an inspection and let me know what they recommend. They did a full comprehensive inspection and identified multiple issues I had not noticed myself which would have caused major issues in the future if not remedied. My request from service manager: front end vibration and tires worn، brakes soft، and full inspection. When they called back they identified a leak from the transmission pan، rear axle pinion leak، oil change overdue. They recommended to fix all the issues including the following: brake flush، oil change، alignment، tire replacement. Price was absolutely fair. The jeep drives like a brand new Camry thanks to the repairs and expertise of the technicians. I think Jason was the tech who serviced my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend to all.

Brought my work vehicle here to get the A/C repaired. It was out for 6 months and I could not suffer another hot season without A/C. Came here on a recommendation from a neighbor plus they had favorable reviews. A few bad reviews ، but، like my mama said "You can't please everybody" Well، I was pleased. Donnie was very helpful from the moment I came to make an appointment until I gave them the payment for the repair. Cox Chevrolet and Firestone wanted to replace my compressor. Tom's told me there was nothing wrong with it. Those companies just need to push high-end repairs. A few days after picking the vehicle up، my A/C is blowing colder than ever!!! I will certainly give my business to them in the future (hopefully no time soon) and recommend them to others.

We just moved to this area and it was the first time we used Tom's Automotive. They came highly recommended by many friends. Working with Donny was great. He was very professional and thorough. Very trustworthy operation.

One day I was working On my steering pump، and of course، as I was taking the Pulley off the bolt snapped. I had to buy a new one I took it down to Tom’s automotive And I asked if there was anyway، if you guys could press this pulley on this new pump.. He grabs the pump instantly says he’ll call me within an hour. Remind you، this was last year just a few days before Christmas.. calls me an hour later، I walk in the building I ask how much do I owe you? I don’t know which person it was. I believe it was Tom.. He says merry Christmas No need to pay… I was so happy because I walked a half a mile or maybe a mile with the pully in my hand.. I was so grateful And happy Thank you، Tom automotive..
