We hired Alex and his amazing team to replace our water softener، a new toilet and 2 bathtub faucets. First thing I noticed، Alex said they would show up for 9am، which they did ✅️ (I'm lying، they showed up early!💪🏾) Then Nick tackled the water softener ✅️ Ethan the toilet ✅️ and faucets ✅️ They worked diligently and effortlessly to complete all jobs in a timely manner، which they did! Alex remained on site to oversee his crew and to also answer any and all questions we may have had regarding the work being completed. We really appreciated his time and it clear after only a short time in speaking with him and getting to know him، that Alex was a man with integrity who takes extreme pride in the work that he and his crew complete! Once all the work was finished، both Nick and Ethan took the time to show us the work they each completed and again answered any and all questions we had! It was overall and easy experience hiring Alex and his Total Plumbing Services crew، we were (and still are) extremely satisfied with the work the did، in the time that they did it and the price we that paid!
