My wife and I stopped into Trellis at Buchman and ordered the smash burger and fries، and wow، it absolutely delivered. Hands down the best fries in Tampa!!!!... crispy، perfectly seasoned، and cooked in beef tallow، which makes a huge difference in both taste and quality. The burger was just as impressive. Juicy، flavorful، and made with care. We really appreciated that they also cook their meat in beef tallow. Not only does it boost the flavor، but it's a cleaner، healthier fat compared to the seed oils most places use. You can truly taste the difference. The place itself is cozy and stylish، with a really welcoming vibe. What stood out even more was the people. The bartender، cook، and even the owner all came over to chat with us. Super friendly، down-to-earth folks who clearly love what they do. That kind of personal touch makes a big difference. We enjoyed the meal and atmosphere so much we literally decided to come back the next day for brunch. That says it all. Trellis is the kind of spot you want to tell your friends about، but also kind of want to keep to yourself. 10/10. We’ll definitely be back (again and again).
