Truth Auto Repair

I have been here for a couple things already and I must say I really appreciate Melissa and her team for the diagnostic، advice، and overall great work they put into my car when I'm here. I've attached photos of the welcoming and cozy waiting area provided as well، perfect to catch up on some work. She has a convenient small side table with plugs if you're charging anything while you wait. I'll be coming back، and I recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto work.

I can’t say enough good things about Truth Auto Repair. I’ve been having my vehicle serviced there for a couple of years now، and every single experience has been excellent. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger job، they’ve always taken great care of me and my vehicle. What really sets them apart is how they treat their customers. You’re not just another number there. They genuinely make you feel like family. They take the time to explain things، keep their pricing fair and reasonable، and you can tell they truly care about doing the job right. A special shoutout to Melissa and Tristan، who consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything gets taken care of. Their dedication، kindness، and professionalism make such a difference and are a big reason I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a trustworthy، reliable auto repair shop with amazing people، I highly recommend Truth Auto Repair. It’s rare to find a place you can truly trust with your vehicle، and I’m grateful to have found them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This family-owned business truly stands out for its professionalism and quality service. Tristan is reliable، keeps his word، and works quickly without sacrificing the quality of his work. He is also very respectful and makes sure customers feel comfortable and informed. Ms./Mrs. Milisa is incredibly kind and welcoming، adding to the overall positive experience. The entire team is professional from start to finish. I explained what I needed done on my car، and Tristan delivered excellent results. He is also great at remembering details about your vehicle and the work it needs، which shows his dedication and expertise. If you're looking for fast، reliable، and high-quality service، this is definitely the place to go.

I have been going to Truth Auto Repair for about 3 years now since I moved to Jacksonville and I can strongly state that they are the most helpful and caring team in Jax. Every issue I have had has been dealt with immediately and Melissa and Trystin take the time to explain to me what the issue is، how they are going to fix it، and really educate me on my vehicle. As a woman، you really do get scammed by guys in an auto shop. But Melissa is and will always be transparent with you. Not only are they thorough but they are super friendly and personable people. I hear about their families and their hobbies، its nice to have a friend in this industry. Thanks Melissa and team، you guys are my go to.

The people I work with ALL recommended Truth for their quality work and fair pricing. They did a water pump، which was rusted on from northern road salt، and a couple of hoses for me. (No more leaks or overheating! YAY!) Price quoted and accepted. They were kind enough to tweak my parking brake release at no charge. They didn't even mention it، like they were looking for kudos. I just got in the van and realized the pedal was all the way up. NICE😁👍 Everyone I talked to، was kind and knowledgeable. No "man-splaining"، just because I'm a female. No "OMG، you'll need to spend another $1،000 to replace every faded piece of trim plastic in your car، or it will explode" B.S. It's hard to find good، honest repair places these days. But، Truth Auto Repair definitely lives up to that reputation. Good، old-fashioned quality and service!🙏 I've already recommended them to several people and now I'm putting it in writing!
