I took my Boxster 986 to TuneRS this week، and it was a flawless experience. I wasn’t able to drop the car off during normal business hours، but they accommodated me without any issues. The staff was incredibly friendly and clear communicators throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the car within a day and provided a very fair quote. Because they figured out the issue so quickly، I was only charged for a single hour of labor plus parts. It is incredibly refreshing to find an honest shop you can trust. I will absolutely be returning the next time my 986 needs service. Highly recommend!

These guys are fantastic. Super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Service is above and beyond. I purchased the IMS DOF 1 kit plus bearing for my 996.2. Turned out that my car had at some point received a Porsche replacement engine with the 997 style larger bearing. I called and spoke to Taylor at 5:45pm on a Friday: his response was immediate - “I have missed UPS today but I have a DOF 2 kit here on the shelf I will take it home with me tonight and overnight it to you in the morning if that would be OK?”. OK - it was truly above and beyond: no question about charging for it pending return، no suggestion that he would leave it until Monday، just immediate offer to help me out. I am super impressed with their service and best of all the product is super high quality. Thanks Tune RS for being truly a step above .
