Matt was very personable and thorough. He also delivered bad news with grace and humor. I'd also like to say، as a former customer service person، I love the way you've handled the negative reviews on this site. Apparently I can only submit one review، so here's the update: I had a new a/c unit installed today، and I have nothing but praise for Pablo and Pedro (as well as Marlon، and the supervisor who's name escapes me). Pablo and Pedro worked، without a break، for a good six hours straight. They were neat، incredibly polite، and displayed a level of expertise and professionalism that put me at ease - and they thanked ME when they left! I will not hesitate to use United Mechanical in the future، and am relieved to have finally found a company I feel I can trust. Thank you، and keep up the good work! Oh، and salesman Tom is a treasure. He answered every single silly question I had :-)

This company was again amazing! John their technician was very knowledgeable، professional and helpful. They made repairs to my unit same-day and I greatly appreciated it. Their costs are also very competitive and reasonable and it's very helpful! They show up on time and always do a great job. Will continue to use them!

In every way my experience with United Mechanical has been pleasant. I was contacted when I had not made an appointment for routine servicing of my air conditioning system. I was then sent a reminder the day before my service. On the morning of my service I was contacted by text message and advised the technician was on his way. The technician arrived shortly afterward. He was very professional and conducted a detailed inspection of our system. He was also very pleasant to my wife and me. Once completed، he carefully reviewed what he had done. This all fell within our contract (which is very reasonable)، so there were no additional charges. This was definitely a five star experience.

United Mechanical recently replaced my AC and hot water heater. The project could not have gone any better. The install techs were very friendly، knowledgeable، answered all of my questions and they did a great job. I am very happy with their services and highly recommend them to everyone else.

We made the mistake of using United mechanical for electrical and plumbing renovation of our kitchen. After two months of waiting for an electrical permit، we had to hire another electrician to finish the job. They also did not complete the plumbing work and we had a hire a second plumbing company to finish the plumbing work، but united mechanical would not credit us for the work that the other Plumber did And insisted that we pay the full amount on their estimate. I heard that they used to be a good company، but apparently we got them after new management took over and they are now one of the worst electrical and plumbing contractors we’ve ever dealt with in Southwest Florida.
