Vesuvios Pizzeria

Our favorite pizzeria in Stuart hands-down ❤️😊. Embarrassed to admit that we’ve lived here in Stuart for 2+ years and we just recently started coming to Vesuvios. Regardless، I’m happy we finally did! Excellent pizza، the crust is my favorite، the sauce is soooo good and it’s not acidic as many can be… we also love their tasty garlic rolls! Can’t wait to try additional dishes. Truly recommend this place!

We reside in New Smyrna Beach، and get our Italian pastry from an Italian Bakery in Daytona Beach، called Mama Cannoli's. The owners of the establishment are Teresa and Jimmy. Teresa told us that her dad owns an Italian restaurant in Stuart، Florida. We were in Jupiter، and on the drive home we decide to try her dad's restaurant، Vesuvio's. The atmosphere was "all New York!" The food was "all New York!" My wife ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana. The slices were perfectly baked، and the sauce was delicious. I order the lasagna.....baked to perfection with delicate sheets of pasta. The pastry and cookies were incredible. This restaurant brought me "back home!" We met the the two brothers، Ralph and Luigi، and told that their sister، Teresa، recommended Vesuvio's to us. Unfortunately، their dad had already went home for the day. That's okay، "We will return!"

Lifetime traveler for work. Pizza in every city. Stopped for a slice and drink for lunch. Found much، much more. Stellar scratch made sauce. Perfect crust، Fantastic flavor. Grabbed pastries to go as well. Cannot wait to return and try other carefully crafted dishes. Pics on wall are a history lesson in their commitment to quality and care. Well done.

Great lunch special!! 2 sliced and a soda for around $6.95. Their pizza has phenomenal flavor. My mother، who grew up in Brooklyn، NY، will come meet me for some slices during lunch if that tells you anything. Their Chicken Alfredo was fantastic the first time I had it 2 months ago، but when we went back recently، it had a slightly different taste، so I'm unsure if they changed the recipe. Garlic knots are very good along with their salad. They have very nice sweets! The Rainbow Cookies and some of their pastries are great.

honestly، I love the food quality here! Unfortunately، I struggle with trying to Follow a gluten-free Diet and it’s very difficult. Not only do they have gluten-free options here، but their stuff is amazing! The pasta is absolutely delicious and fresh. You can tell the ricotta and the cheese and everything is made fresh and with love. We needed a quick bite to eat for my birthday before watching a show in the theater and this is where I chose to go! Try the baked ziti you won’t regret it!
