I am truly blessed with the care that I have received from Dr. Colon and his team! They have been incredibly patient and kind، especially when they have to explain a process multiple times. Dr. Colon provides the facts and thoroughly explains all your options. I am glad to be under his care، and I highly recommend Periodontal Associates.

✨✨Highly recommend!! ➡️Doctor Colon is an amazing person!! I’m going through some big dental issues. The way he explained everything and took the time to go into detail and answer all my questions was absolutely amazing. I have never been to such a well organized and clean facility in my entire life. They all have an earpiece in to be able to communicate with each other. 🤗Which is absolutely fantastic. Whoever ever came up with that as a genius. I can tell they run things smoothly because of that. ➡️Everyone is extremely happy to be working there. Extremely happy with the girl that did my teeth، but unfortunately، the communication from the girl at the front desk. As far as prices went that very confusing I was told on the phone one price and I had to call three different times before I got my appointment it was a little disappointed، but then Dr. cologne came in to talk to me and I think that’s amazingly nice! Problem is، I cannot afford the prices and I was told I was gonna be sedated but sedation means Novacaine shots so I wish they would’ve explained that that’s all other than that. They’re great.!

Fantastic Job by all! Dr. Colon is top notch. Dr. Colon and his staff are just great. Very Friendly and conversant. They care about their patients. Have had four removals and two implants there. Another implant will be done next year. Give a shout out to Malinda and Shayla who monitored me during the last removal، Chelsea who took stiches out، Jeanne Surgical Director، and Jeanne and Judith who do an excellent job cleaning my teeth، Amy with Finances and Christina the Receptionist.

WATCH OUT FOR THE FEES! This office scammed my husband out of $506. They won't do the right thing and return three phone calls in order to discuss it. The x-ray technician، who is supposed to disclosed the fees to patients، must be worried about her job and lied to the office manager and dentist and told them that she explained the total cost to my husband before going up front. She ONLY disclosed the consultation fee of $180. They took the x-rays and charged $506 extra without telling him the total cost. (He would NOT have agreed to this charge.) GET THIS: In order to have had two implants removed، the front desk rep said it would cost $6،000. She tried a car salesman--like hard close to get him to come back for the appt to undergo this procedure and upset him further. My husband heard just fine. He thought the entire cost would be $180 for the consultation. He paid the bill in shock. He couldn't see the total charges. My husband has Macular Degeneration and I have Parkinson's and it's very difficult to fight this، but we're going to win. It's too bad that the office manager، Terri، will not call us back so we can talk to the employee who is suppose to explains fees. AND Dr. Guzman should do the right thing and call us back. This office has our cell numbers and they could call to make restitution. When I called them earlier to discuss the bill. They told me why they had to take extra x-rays، but NO explanation in detail as they wrote to our credit card company. They said they would call back. NO CALL. John traveled to another periodontist (a competent and brilliant dentist) in Clearwater (close to where we will be moving) and he will removing both of the posts for less than $500!! We have the treatment plan and can prove it! We have brilliant، wealthy children and they will involved to help us solve this situation and get our money back! Too bad that we have to spend this much time and go this far in order to get funds back for someone with an eye disability (one eye is blind)! We must take steps and advance to a higher level now.
