I’ve been a patient at Westmoreland for a few years now. Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff is welcoming and professional. Love Dr. Westmoreland and my hygienist، Courtney!! They take time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions. The office is clean، organized، and runs on time، which I really appreciate. I feel genuinely valued as a patient.

Love love love this dentist، the environment is super friendly، Taylor and Hailey are the best! They take care of me every time and are such sweethearts. If you need an affordable place to go with no insurance they offer affordable payment plans that almost everyone can get approved for! Highly recommend this office and this will be my only dentist from now on!

Dr. Westmoreland and his staff are awesome! He did fillings to repair the gaps between my front teeth! He is an absolute artist. He made my fillings look so natural. I went in for a cleaning. Haley was wonderful and performed the cleaning for me. She was very thorough and it didn’t hurt a bit. The rest of the staff is also very pleasant and professional. I have found my new dentist! They are awesome!

I called to schedule an emergency dental appointment and was asked about my insurance coverage. I explained that I had a Aetna Denta discount dental plan and was told by Shannon that the office did not accept it. Since this dental office is listed on the discount dental plan’s website as participating with my plan، I was confused as to why she said they didn’t accept it. I hung up to double check my information. After confirming that my plan was actually the 500 Series Careington dental savings plan، I called back and let Shannon know. She placed me on a brief hold، came back، and confirmed that they do accept the plan. However، her tone immediately changed، and I was then told that there were no appointments available for six months. If the office was booked six months out، that should have been mentioned during my initial call. Instead، that information only came up after the specific discount plan I had was identified. Based on my experience، it felt like the moment they realized I had a dental savings plan، they were no longer interested in scheduling me as a patient. What makes this even more confusing is that the office's automated phone system states that they are accepting new patients. If new patients are being accepted، does that mean they are all being told to wait six months for an appointment? That does not make sense. I truly believe I was discriminated against because of my method of payment. Being told my plan was accepted، only to immediately be told there were no appointments available for six months، felt like a way to discourage me from making an appointment rather than a genuine issue with availability. What was most disappointing is that I was seeking an emergency dental appointment and simply wanted help. Instead، I left the conversation feeling dismissed. This experience gave me the impression that the value of a patient may depend on how much revenue they bring into the office rather than the care they need. All potential patients deserve clear communication، transparency، and equal treatment regardless of whether they have traditional dental insurance or a discount savings plan.
