Great first experience with Westshore Automotive. Had a strange sound on my X3. They were able to get it in right away and had it diagnosed within a couple of hours (not an easy one to find، with only a sound to go by). The defect was inside a tire، so kudos to them for the extra effort in finding it so they could be sure of a fix and being able to show it to me. Great service didn’t stop there though. I won’t bore you with the details، but he kept me fully informed، laid out multiple acceptable options for a safe and effective fix، and completed the repair ahead of schedule. I even found the cost competitive، considering this is obviously a quality minded operation. If you should need a repair، you’ll find they care about your car and you more than the money you’re about to spend.
