Vito Landolfi is absolutely amazing! Very honest and helpful. I have dealt with a few different sales persons from other stores that left such a bad taste in my mouth and Vito completely helped in every way with what I needed. Generally a great person.

Anyone who has built a home or worse، done a home renovation، has their share of nightmares to tell. My home was built in the same year I was born. As we both approached 50، I decided a mutual mid life crisis (a.k.a. gut job) was in order. Just about everything that could go wrong went wrong with the exception of my White's Plumbing experience. Jason White listened to what we needed، came up with high quality product solutions، & treated us fairly both from a price and time perspective. He was even kind enough to stop by our project and offer a couple of product solutions that had us puzzled. It was truly a pleasure doing business with this multi generational family owned business. P.S. I never write reviews، so that in itself should tell you something!

I recently found myself needing a new toilet for a very small bathroom. My first stop was a couple of big box stores، but I was left feeling frustrated. There was nobody available to help، and once I finally found an employee، they could only provide very general information. I left feeling unsure and unconfident about making such an important purchase. My dad then suggested I try White's Plumbing Supplies in West Haven، and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in، I was impressed. They have a beautiful showroom، and I was immediately greeted by Lisa who asked how she could help. I explained my situation، and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She not only showed me my options but also taught me how to properly measure my space to ensure the new toilet would fit. I went home، took my measurements، and when I returned، Lisa was able to confidently order the perfect toilet for my bathroom. The price was comparable to the big box stores، but the service was beyond comparison. I left feeling completely confident that I had purchased the right item. The entire team، including the guys working at the counter for parts، was helpful and friendly. If you're looking for anything for your kitchen or bathroom، I highly recommend stopping in to see their beautiful showroom and their excellent team.
