Zen Balance Massage and Bodywork

This was my first appointment. Lindsay took the time to determine my issues and my goals. She individualized my massage and took her time with me. It was the most complete work I ever had and I appreciated her feedback. Lindsay gave me “homework” to do until my next appointment. I feel confident in her knowledge and various modalities; she is a pro. Update: This was my 4th appointment. Lindsay continues to individualize her massage to my needs (deep tissue، moist heat، and stretching) with good results. She never rushes and continues to encourage home work to maximize results. Highly recommended!

Lindsay is absolutely inutuned with her work. She knows her way around body and mind. I left feeling much lighter، relaxed، and my nervous system calmed quite a bit. She listened to all of my concerns and problem areas. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
